You will take ownership of claims bordereaux activity while helping maintain strong data quality and effective oversight across delegated business. The role offers broad exposure across Claims and Delegated Authority with the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing specialty insurance business as it continues to develop its international underwriting operations function. You will take ownership of the operational journey for new MGA programmes from initial due diligence through to onboarding and launch. The role offers excellent exposure to underwriting leaders and external partners across international markets. You will help shape processes and systems within a growing operation while playing a central role in how new programmes are assessed and introduced to the business. Key responsibilities: Leading the operational due diligence process for new MGA and programme opportunities. Managing due diligence questionnaires and leading meetings with prospective partners. Coordinating input from Underwriting Finance Claims Legal Actuarial Compliance and Technology. Overseeing the technical onboarding of new programmes including bordereaux design and data integration testing. Acting as the main contact for MGA partners from approval through to launch. Ensuring programme documentation and executed contracts are complete and centrally maintained. Managing the operational renewal process for existing programmes. Preparing renewal assessments and supporting submissions to governance committees. Supporting improvements across underwriting systems and reporting tools.
